- Guide colleagues on the pension system interface functionality
- Identify gaps in client requirements through analysis
- Influence the use of existing IT products among analysts
- Confirm compliance with configuration specifications
- Assist and mentor in quality assurance testing
- Degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant role
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of pension plans is preferred
