- Accompagner les étudiants pendant les activités scolaires et extrascolaires
- Aider à la bibliothèque ou au bureau de l'école
- Aider les élèves, individuellement ou en petits groupes, avec leurs travaux et renforcer les concepts d'apprentissage et de rétention sous la supervision de l'enseignant en salle de classe
- Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par le directeur de l'école
- Surveiller les étudiants pendant les activités scolaires et extrascolaires
- Surveiller les enfants pendant les récréations et l'heure du midi
- Aider les élèves à s'intégrer dans la salle de classe et le milieu scolaire
- Aider à faire l'inventaire pour la classe
- Surveiller le progrès des élèves et en rendre compte à l'enseignant
- Aider les enseignants à faire fonctionner les projecteurs, les magnétoscopes et d'autre équipement audiovisuel ou électronique
- Aider les élèves qui ont des besoins spéciaux en employant des techniques telles que le langage gestuel et le braille, et des programmes de rattrapage
- Vérification de casier judiciaire
- Vérification des antécédents en vue d'un travail auprès de personnes vulnérables (VAPV)
