Procurement Analyst (4 Openings)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 1-3 days/week onsite)
Start Date: July 2026
Our client is seeking Procurement Analysts to support procurement operations initiatives, including procurement platform enhancements, user enablement activities, process support, and operational improvements. Successful candidates will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to support Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, system adoption, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support procurement operations and Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities across procurement platforms.
- Assist with user onboarding, access management, issue resolution, and day-to-day platform administration.
- Provide support for procurement processes including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier enablement, catalog management, and invoicing workflows.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Support testing, documentation, training materials, and change management activities related to procurement initiatives.
- Track operational metrics and assist with reporting and process analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve procurement processes and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of procurement, procurement operations, or related experience.
- Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of procurement lifecycle activities and purchasing workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Zip, Ariba, Ivalua, or similar tools.
- Exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P), sourcing, contracts, or procurement support functions.
- Experience supporting users, managing inquiries, or working within a helpdesk/service support environment.
- Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment is considered an asset.
