Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery using Agile methodologies
- Manage project initiation, scope, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Drive Agile release planning, sprint execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and communications
- Lead discovery sessions and support creation of clear, development-ready user stories
- Facilitate project status meetings, Steering Committee meetings, and Agile ceremonies
- Support change management activities, including training and process updates
- Communicate project updates clearly in English and French
- Report progress and risks to senior management
Must-Have Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Ability to lead meetings and prepare documentation in English and French
- Experience managing projects within healthcare or social services
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology , or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in healthcare or social services
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects using Agile
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2) – preferred
