Customer Success Manager at Genesys

- Manage end-to-end success of strategic enterprise accounts
- Lead executive engagements to align CX strategies
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase value
- Collaborate across functions to resolve customer challenges
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive improvements
- 6+ years in Customer Success Management
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field
- Proven success in growing enterprise customer relationships
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms
