Please note: We work by milestone. If your practice is strictly hourly and open-ended, we are probably not a good fit.

Note II: We wish not to hire a bystander. We are seeking counsel who will " aggressively " pursue the abuse of process and the financial fabrications.

We have done all the forensic work and we expect counsel to work as hard as we did.

Ontario Litigation Lawyer Needed. Existing Trial File, Complete Record Available

We are looking for counsel who is willing to take over an existing Ontario litigation file and actually read it.

The case is not new. The record already exists.

We have spent years preserving documents, transcripts, financial records, correspondence, expert reports, court materials, and third-party findings. The evidence has been organized and the chronology has been built. The work of preservation is done.

What we need now is not another person to summarize the file back to us but counsel who is capable of identifying the strongest pressure points, building a strategy and not let it move to trial and moving the matter toward final resolution.

The dispute involves financial allegations, documentary contradictions, banking evidence, examination transcripts, expert findings, credibility issues, and a substantial evidentiary record accumulated over several years.

We are not interested in paying someone to learn the file indefinitely.

You can:

• Review a complete organized record.

• Identify the strongest evidentiary anchors.

• Provide direct, practical advice.

• Develop a litigation strategy.

• Assess trial, settlement, and procedural options.

• Take ownership of the file rather than repeatedly returning it to the client for management.

You are comfortable with large records, difficult facts, and long-running litigation. We value clarity, responsiveness, and decisiveness.
