Become a pivotal Product Manager at Archera, focusing on core FinTech innovations for cloud services across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. Drive product success and customer loyalty. In this role, you'll own the product's performance, ensuring feature parity across cloud platforms. By leveraging AI toolsets, you'll enhance discovery and response rates, contributing significantly to service agility and revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Own product area outcomes across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Ensure Google Cloud features align with AWS and Azure offerings
- Conduct needs analysis through direct customer feedback
- Prioritize product features based on data and insights
- Define and measure metrics to evaluate product success
- 3+ years in product management focused on B2B or tech
- Demonstrated impact on product metrics and outcomes
- Proficient in identifying root problems behind requests
- Depth of knowledge in technical and cloud infrastructures
- Clarity in communication across technical and market teams
