IMPACT

In this visible and client facing role, you will be the strategic architect of various clients' success within the WPP Open ecosystem. You will be the resident data, technology, and AI expert paired with your understanding of both the clients' challenges and WPP’s cutting-edge approach and solutions, crafting compelling narratives and high-level solution designs that resonate. Your ability to proactively identify and escalate issues, coupled with your strategic foresight, will ensure seamless client and internal team journeys and maximize the value derived from their investment in WPP’s technology capabilities. You will directly contribute to strengthening client relationships and driving the adoption of innovative data strategies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Strategic Narrative & Solution Design: Develop and articulate compelling strategic narratives utilizing Open Media Studio, translating complex the repetitive, technical and strategic into clear business value propositions for clients.
• High-Level Solution Architecture: Lead the high-level solution design, ensuring that Open Media Studio deployment align with overarching client strategies and business objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary strategic point of contact for Open, OMS, Data, Audience, and AI initiatives.
• Issue Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify potential challenges and roadblocks in WPP Open engagements, effectively escalating issues and collaborating with internal teams (including the Enablement Manager) to drive swift resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Enablement Manager, wider WPP Open team, and IAT team to ensure strategic solutions are technically feasible and deliverable. Become the champion of a truly integrated DIPAM process bringing together Creative and Media teams within WPP Open to strengthen all areas of the business with WPP.
• Performance & Value Articulation: Clearly communicate the impact and return on investment (ROI) of WPP Open AI driven solutions to clients, demonstrating how our capabilities drive their business growth.
• Thought Leadership: Support thought leader in data-driven marketing and media solutions, guiding clients on evolving industry trends and the strategic application of WPP Open for Data, Tech, and innovation opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, computer science, or a related field.

• Proficient with all media, planning, strategy and measurement solutions.

• Comfortable with and curious in AI/ML/Agentic solutions.

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
