Run today’s client and market intelligence delivery while reinventing how insights are captured, generated and delivered to Leaders—faster, smarter and in time to act.

What will your typical day look like?

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Market Insight, you will lead the integrated delivery and evolution of Market Sensing & Intelligence’s client and market intelligence portfolio.

 

• You will translate the Market Insight team’s Objectives and Key Results into a coordinated portfolio roadmap spanning our core data products—Voice of Client, Market Model and Leader Intelligence Portal.
• You will oversee portfolio delivery—empowering Senior Specialists to lead day-to-day product delivery and analysis within their respective areas, while resolving cross-product priorities, capacity constraints and executive trade-offs. You will set shared standards, remove barriers and ensure MS&I data products are accurate, reliable and ready when Leaders need them.
• You will drive delivery innovation—redesigning workflows, piloting AI-assisted approaches and moving recurring demand toward self-service. Using clear success measures, you will scale what works, stop what does not and use Leader needs and behaviours to shape what the team builds next.
• In partnership with the Senior Manager, you will lead hypothesis-driven analyses that surface early patterns, risks and opportunities—giving Leaders across the firm the evidence to act sooner and improve outcomes.

 

As a people leader, you will coach Senior Specialists, strengthen analytical rigour and establish consistent methodologies across client and market intelligence data products. You will stay close enough to the data to recognize when an answer is not ready, step into the analysis when needed and ensure outputs draw on the right quantitative and qualitative evidence to be clear, credible and actionable. Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Market Sensing & Intelligence sits within the Relationships Office. Our mandate is to bring an outside-in perspective to the decisions that shape the firm’s priorities, investments and growth. We work across three connected lenses—what clients tell us through our Voice of Client program, what the market tells us through our model of size, share and growth, and what our relationships tell us about the strength of those connections.

You are someone with:

 

• Strong applied expertise in statistical modelling, predictive analytics, machine learning and hypothesis testing, with the judgment to select appropriate methods, validate assumptions and communicate uncertainty.
• Deep hands-on experience with large, complex structured and unstructured datasets, including data preparation, integration, quality assessment, exploratory analysis and feature development.
• Proficiency with analytical languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL and Power BI, with experience applying generative AI or automation to analytics workflows.
• Experience designing dashboards and self-service analytical products that translate complex data into clear signals, patterns and decision-relevant insights for senior audiences.
• Ability to connect quantitative and qualitative evidence, frame ambiguous business questions as analytical problems and communicate findings that are clear, credible and actionable.
• Experience with Voice of Client programs, market sizing and forecasting, competitive intelligence, relationship analytics or other commercial datasets.
• Experience leading analytical teams or products, including setting methodological standards, reviewing work, coaching others and managing delivery across competing priorities and dependencies.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in data science, statistics, econometrics, computer science, mathematics, business analytics or a related quantitative field, with seven or more years of relevant experience.

• Experience developing, deploying or governing analytical models and data products in an enterprise environment.
• Trusted-advisor experience with senior stakeholders, including challenging assumptions and explaining analytical limitations in accessible language.

 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
