Employee Experience Consultant at Edmonton Public Library

Enhance employee satisfaction at Edmonton Public Library as an Employee Experience Consultant. Join a dynamic team committed to fostering collaboration and innovative talent initiatives for staff growth. This temporary role provides an exceptional opportunity for an Organization Development Consultant to work with the Employee Experience team. Your projects will include designing employee journey mapping, developing a leadership model, and executing change management strategies. Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to implement programs that align with library values and improve the overall work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate employee journey mapping initiatives
- Assist in creating the comprehensive Leadership Development Model
- Ensure alignment of the manager competency and recognition programs
- Support ERP implementation through change management expertise
- Organize staff appreciation events to celebrate employee contributions
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- CPHR or CTDP certification is an advantage
- At least 5 years of development and HR experience
- Familiarity with OD principles and adult learning theory
- Union experience is beneficial
