Job Description
Join our Edmonton clinic as a Family Physician dedicated to comprehensive primary care. Focus on patient consultations, diagnosis, and community health through preventive services. This role offers full time, part time, or locum opportunities for physicians looking to make a difference in their community.
You will diagnose and treat a variety of conditions while promoting preventive healthcare. Ideal candidates should possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct patient consultations and physical examinations
- Develop treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Offer vaccinations and health screenings
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests accurately
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from an accredited institution
- Licensure with the CPSA or eligibility to obtain it
- Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada
- Experience in primary or urgent care settings
- Strong communication and patient‑care skills
