Drive sales performance as a District Sales Manager with W.W. Grainger in Burnaby, British Columbia. This hybrid role focuses on leading a motivated sales team while achieving strategic account targets.
Grainger is seeking a skilled District Sales Manager to enhance sales across the district. You will develop sales plans in collaboration with the Regional Director, supervise a robust sales force, and ensure adherence to the company’s “Code of Ethics”. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the sales team towards achieving district goals
• Collaborate with Regional Director on district sales planning
• Establish sales budgets and customer territories for representatives
• Review sales performance and implement corrective actions quarterly
• Liaison with top customers to optimize relationships
Requirements:
• Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or related field
• Several years of sales and management experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Willingness to adhere to on-site customer screening processes
