JOB BRIEF 

We are seeking an Inside Sales/Sales Support teammate to join the Broadway Service team as an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and start your career with one of the largest Mechanical Contractors in the Lower Mainland. At Broadway the sales associate will have the ability to learn from a team of successful senior sales professionals and utilize knowledge as a stepping stone to a career within the organization whether it is Sales, Marketing or Project Management/Coordinator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  HVAC/R & Plumbing repair quotations


• 
  RFP/RFQ preparation


• 
  RFIs, Schedules, Closeout documents


• 
  Account management


• 
  Account retention


• 
  Marketing


• 
  Event planning


• 
  Overall support for service sales team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  Pursuing degree or diploma in business/marketing/engineering/project management


• 
  Technical aptitude


• 
  Positive, upbeat


• 
  Is team oriented, team experience


• 
  Have strong emotional intelligence, analytical and problem solving skills


• 
  Customer service experience a plus


• 
  You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  You have proven time-management and organizational skills
