TNI, The Network inc. is looking to fill a Sales & Fundraising Supervisor position

• Position - Sales and Fundraising Supervisor [NOC 62010]
• Number of Position- One [2]
• Type of Position- Full-time, permanent position.
• Main location of work: 5069 Beresford Street, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4N2.
• After reporting to the office, you will be assigned to different locations with the team.
• Hours of work: 40 hours /week depending on schedule. Hours are 12:00 PM- 8:30 PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
• Applicant may need to work weekend shifts depending on team schedule.
• Salary: $38.40/hour. Overtime if work exceeds 40 hours per week at 1.5x hourly salary

What you will be doing:

• Attend and manage the daily team training sessions at our local office.
• Participate in our in-person face to face fundraising campaigns in residential communities (neighborhood canvassing) and high traffic points
• Encourage and inspire people to become a monthly donor
• Solicit sales and organize fundraising activities;
• Raising awareness of the organization’s goals;
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing donors;
• Handling questions related to the fundraising campaigns or company related questions
• Supervising and coordinating staff to ensure daily and weekly results

Job requirements:

• Completed secondary school;
• Proficiency in English including speaking and writing component required
• Able to meet multiple deadlines and balance a heavy workload
• Excellent organization skills
• Candidate must be willing to work independently and work as a team
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and display a high level of professionalism
• Must have experience 1-2 years of coordinating and supervising a team
