Assistante Administrative F/H

Soutenir la préparation et le suivi de dossiers spécifiques selon le département (Opérations, RH);
Assurer l'accueil et l'organisation logistique des réunions;
Coordonner les communications internes et externes
S'occuper des activités administratives liées à l'importation et à l'exportation;
Recevoir et expédier les colis et les palettes;

Participer à la coordination des activités et des événements de l'entreprise.

* Assister le PDG;
* Soutenir la préparation et le suivi de dossiers spécifiques selon le département (Opérations, RH);
* Assurer l'accueil des visiteurs et l'organisation logistique des réunions;
* Coordonner les communications internes et externes et rédiger des comptes rendus, au besoin;
* S'occuper des activités administratives liées à l'importation et à l'exportation;
* Recevoir et expédier les colis et les palettes;
* Assurer la réception, le tri, la distribution et la gestion du courrier;
* Effectuer le classement, l'archivage et la numérisation des documents physiques et numériques;
* Gérer l'inventaire et commander les fournitures de bureau;
* Participer à la coordination des activités et des événements de l'entreprise.

*Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
*Autonomie et curiosité d'apprendre;
*Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais;
*Autorisation légale de travailler au Québec;
*Maîtrise des outils de bureau (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
*La connaissance de SAP et Salesforce est un atout.
