The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical research unit.
You have an interest in clinical research and administration
More specifically, the Administrative Assistant must:
Ensure that the required administrative material and other office supplies are available;
Provide administrative support to the medical secretaries and other departments;
Replace the medical secretaries and receptionists to ensure business continuity for planned or unplanned absences;
Greet individuals entering Indero’s office while at the reception;
Participate in the monitoring of certain KPIs data;
File and maintain various CRU training documents;
Verify invoices;
Understand the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service internally and externally;
Support the organization in other administrative activities.
The role can also involve managing assigned reception duties at the clinic (welcoming patients, answering phones, managing messages, managing appointments including bookings, confirmations, cancelations, scheduling through the computerized scheduling system).

L'Assistante administrative est principalement responsable d’offrir un soutien administratif à l’équipe de recherche clinique.
Vous avez un intérêt pour la recherche clinique et l'administration.
Plus précisément, l'Assistante administrative doit :
Veiller à ce que le matériel administratif requis et autres fournitures de bureau soient disponibles ;
Offrir un soutien administratif aux secrétaires médicales et aux autres départements ;
Accueillir les personnes entrant dans les bureaux d'Innovaderm tout en étant à la réception ;
Rédiger les ordres du jour et les comptes rendus des réunions auxquelles il/elle participe ;
Participer au suivi de certaines données des KPI ;
Classer et maintenir divers documents de formation de l’équipe de recherche clinique ;
Vérifier les factures ;
Soutenir l'organisation dans d'autres activités administratives.
Le rôle peut également inclure la gestion des tâches de réception assignées à la clinique (accueil des patients, réponse aux appels, gestion des messages, gestion des rendez-vous incluant les prises de rendez-vous, confirmations, annulations, et la planification via le système informatique de gestion des rendez-vous).
Diplôme d’étude secondaire ou diplôme d’étude professionnel
Expérience de travail à la réception, dans l'administration, dans un environnement pharmaceutique et/ou CRO sera considérée comme un atout ;
Bon niveau de communication en français et en anglais ;
Connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) ;

Experience working at a reception, in administration, in a pharmaceutical and/or CRO environment will be considered as an asset;
