Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.


• All levels of experience welcome — NEW GRADS encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality one-on-one physiotherapy care to patients of all ages and activity levels.


• Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities they love.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including Sports Medicine Physicians, a Physiatrist, and an Orthopaedic Surgeon.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using clinic systems.


• Contribute to the positive, supportive culture of the clinic.

Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.


• Ability to provide a variety of treatment approaches (manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities, etc.).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members.


• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.


• Adaptability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
