Senior Estimator – Ground-Up ICI Projects Salary: $130,000-$160,000 + RRSP + Bonus
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimates for major ground-up ICI construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimating professional who understands complex builds, can manage tender deadlines, and has the technical knowledge to produce accurate, competitive bids.
The ideal candidate has strong experience estimating institutional, commercial, or industrial projects and can confidently work with drawings, specifications, trades, suppliers, and internal project team.
Key Responsibilitises: Prepare full-cycle estimates for ground-up ICI projects
Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents
Complete quantity takeoffs, pricing, trade coverage, and bid analysis
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and leadership
Identify risks, opportunities, scope gaps, and value-engineering options
Support tender submissions, budgets, and preconstruction planning
Qualificationsons: Proven estimating experience within the ICI construction sector
Strong background with ground-up projects
Ability to read drawings and understand construction sequencing
Strong knowledge of trades, pricing, tendering, and subcontractor coordination
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
