Reliance Impact is partnering with a renowned General Contractor delivering ICI base-build projects and renovations across Toronto to hire an experienced Estimator.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional to support competitive bids, accurate budgets, and high-quality project pursuits across the ICI sector.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of estimating experience within ICI construction.
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, scopes, tender documents, and trade pricing.
- Ability to prepare takeoffs, budgets, bid packages, and subcontractor comparisons.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with project teams, trades, and clients.
