- Execute Construction Manager duties under CCDC contracts
- Manage monthly reporting and approve invoices
- Act as primary contact for clients and trade contractors
- Assist Estimators with scopes and tender packages
- Oversee project timelines using Microsoft Project
- Completed two full-cycle wood frame projects
- Knowledge of CCDC contracts and construction management
- Familiarity with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
