Branch Manager Opportunity in Mirabel

Take the lead as a Branch Manager in Mirabel, QC, specializing in team leadership and operational excellence. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management in a bilingual setting. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to direct all operational activities within the branch. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, enhancing customer service, and developing employee capabilities. A passion for building a positive team culture is crucial in this leadership role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff
- Oversee warehouse and distribution operations daily
- Create a safe, customer-focused workplace environment
- Analyze branch performance and drive improvements
- Cultivate strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- 10+ years in branch management or similar fields
- Demonstrated leadership and operational success
- Strong skills in managing budgets and inventories
- Preferred experience in Lean Operations or Six Sigma
- Excellent communication in both French and English
