Dartmouth Victim Services Manager

Manage the Dartmouth office of Provincial Victim Services to champion victim rights and support. This role requires strong leadership and community collaboration. As the Manager of Regional Service Delivery, you will direct the operational aspects of victim services at the Department of Justice. Your strategic oversight is essential for providing critical services to crime victims navigating the justice system. This role involves building partnerships, supporting staff, and enhancing the overall quality of victim support. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Victim Services office
- Coordinate with justice and community partners for service improvements
- Evaluate staff training and development needs regularly
- Review and enhance policies related to victim services
- Ensure confidentiality and detail-oriented case management
- University degree in relevant fields, combined with significant experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability in service environments
- Effective relationship management with stakeholders
- Competence in policy formulation and best practices
- Skills in fulfilling multiple priorities under pressure
