Excel as a Human Resources Partner with Black & McDonald in Dartmouth, focusing on employee engagement and HR process facilitation. This role involves regional support across Atlantic Canada. In collaboration with the Regional Vice President, you will provide HR guidance and support to operational teams throughout Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. Essential functions include managing employee relations, onboarding programs, and performance management, with necessary travel to regional offices. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee onboarding program, ensuring smooth integration
- Implement Employee Engagement Action strategies
- Coordinate annual engagement surveys and feedback processes
- Take part in recruitment processes from drafting to selection
- Provide conflict resolution guidance to management teams
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- 4-7 years of HR experience in fast-paced or diverse organizations
- Familiarity with employment laws and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
