Independent Travel Agent Partner with Travel Masters ? Locations: Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon Are you an experienced travel professional ready to take the next step in your career? Travel Masters is seeking Independent Travel Agents to join our growing host agency network across Western Canada. Were looking for: ? Experienced independent travel agents who want the freedom and flexibility of being their own boss. ? Employees in a storefront agency who are ready to transition into being an Independent Contractor and take control of their commissions. ? Travel agency owners looking to partner with a host agency that handles the admin, so they can focus on selling travel and growing their business. ? Please note: This is not an employee position . You will be joining us as an Independent Contractor on a commission-based model . What you need to succeed: - Minimum 1 year of travel industry experience (required).
- Based in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Yukon .
- Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
- GDS experience and being comfortable with GDS ticketing (an asset).
- Personal travel knowledge that you can share with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills to deliver unforgettable travel experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
