Bootcamp Booking Agent

Job Responsibility: Job Profile: Bootcamp Booking Agent (Variable Hour Contract) Company: Nail The Numbers, Inc | The Cashflow Canvas™ Position Overview We’re looking for a Bootcamp Booking Agent with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment. You’re proactive — the kind of person who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told — and you know how to build trust through every interaction. This role is central to creating a seamless experience for Founders, Pros, and Champs. From booking bootcamps to coordinating logistics and keeping communication flowing, you’ll be the point person who ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Booking & Coordination : Answer questions, secure dates, confirm Pros, and ensure all details are in place.
• Contract Administration : Prepare agreements, fill in details, file, and track paperwork.
• Bootcamp Setup : Schedule in-person and virtual bootcamps, create Zoom links, manage calendars, and confirm enrollments.
• Communications : Keep Hosts, Founders, and Pros updated; send timely follow-ups and reminders.
• Technical Support : Provide light tech support during bootcamps (Zoom, Thinkific, Eventbrite).
• Course Enrollment : Register participants, check in, and follow up to ensure engagement.
• Relationship Building : Cultivate trust with Founders, Pros, Champs, and Hosts to strengthen connections.
• Database Management : Update and manage our Champs and Pros database in HubSpot.
• Customer Service & Coordination : Be the first point of contact to ensure a smooth and professional participant experience.

Scope of Work

• Hours : 25–50 per month
• Schedule : Flexible, but with deliverables and deadlines tied to bootcamp dates
• Tools : Eventbrite, Thinkific, Canva, DocuSign, Zoom, Wix, HubSpot

Compensation & Structure

• Rate : $22 to $25/hour (contractor)
• Payment : Monthly

Contract Details

• Type : Independent contractor (not an employee)
• Start Date : Nov 1, 2025
• Duration : 3-month trial, renewable quarterly
• Confidentiality : Required; non-compete applies
• Termination : 2 weeks’ notice by either party

• Positive feedback and glowing reviews from Founders, Champs, and Pros
• Accurate and timely communications and database updates
