RECEPTIONIST

WE'RE HIRING! We're looking for a great Receptionist to work Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 3 pm. This position could be a full time for one person or broken into two part time positions.

We want our Receptionist to be the warm, friendly face that greets our clients & keeps our office running smoothly at penney murphy & associates boutique counselling and wellbeing clinic.

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a clinic environment and supporting a large team, able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple ongoing tasks, effectively communicate with our team of professionals, and handle situations with adaptability and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting clients both in office & by phone, answering calls, booking appointments, taking payments, filing, providing admin support to our amazing team of therapists and sharing your great outgoing energetic personality with all of us.

If you are outgoing, energetic, personable & professional, have at least 2 years experience as a receptionist/admin, love making people feel welcome & at ease, highly organized with strong multitasking skills & attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office, can think on your feet, are proactive & self motivated...we'd LOVE to hear from you.  Previous experience with the Jane scheduling software would be an asset.

The Details:
We're looking for either one superstar to fill a full-time role or two amazing part-timers to fill the position on Mon to Fri from 7:30am to 3pm

Starting Wage: $20 per hour. Benefits package included after 3 months.
