At Acura of Saskatoon we’re looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist/ Inventory Controller . You'll be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and front-desk coordination.

Greet customers, answer and direct calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
Provide professional front-desk support and assist customers with general questions
Support the sales team with data entry, filing, reporting, document preparation, and lead tracking
Maintain accurate new and used vehicle inventory records, including stock details, pricing, locations, and status changes
Process vehicle arrivals, trades, transfers, purchases, and sold-unit documentation
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies
Assist with inventory audits, vehicle files, online listings, keys, and delivery readiness
Complete other administrative and inventory-related duties as required

Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Accounts payable experience is considered an asset

Hourly wage of $16- $18/ hour depending on experience
