Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or project management. You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to support the successful delivery of residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and document control.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Track project budgets, costs, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with trades, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
• Support procurement efforts by issuing purchase orders and coordinating materials deliveries.
• Participate in project meetings and assist with agenda preparation and action item tracking.
• Assist in preparing project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (co-op or internship experience is welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and basic understanding of construction management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not required).
