Lead Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR, Talent and Learning - toronto

Infosys is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Lead with project and stakeholder management exposure in implementing Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for Canadian public sector clients.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

• Interface with key stakeholders and lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in an Agile mode.
• Lead discussions for the design, development and support of components such as data migration, integrations, and reports for the modules.
• Provide status reporting and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Guide projects through the SDLC and translate complex solutions for diverse audiences to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate; travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience working on the core HR, talent, learning and related modules for Canadian public sector clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post‑implementation support.
• Experience with conference‑room pilots (CRPs), playback sessions, training content preparation and delivery.
• Proficiency in designing and building security roles, including job roles, data roles and security profiles.
• Experience with Redwood enablement and its tools for enhancing user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and mitigate technical, functional and security risks.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment.
• 12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent, Learning and related modules.
• Ability to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports.
• Preparation of status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining the RAID log.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse technical, business and management teams.
• Experience managing team sizes of 6+.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation range: $96,620 to $109,129.
