Senior Consultant in Oracle HCM Solutions

- Design and configure recruiting and onboarding workstreams
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and solution design
- Facilitate testing cycles and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration
- Develop documentation and training materials
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the role
- 3-5 years experience in requirement analysis and testing
- Proven ability to own project workstreams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
