MacDonald Search Group a été mandaté par un client mondial du secteur des boissons alcoolisées afin de recruter un Chef de Marque pour piloter la stratégie et l'exécution d'un portefeuille premium fortement ancré au Québec. Ce rôle offre l'opportunité de façonner la présence de marques emblématiques sur le marché, en stimulant la croissance grâce à des initiatives marketing créatives et axées sur les insights.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Développer et exécuter des programmes marketing intégrés 360° (commerce de détail, on-premise, médias, RP, expérientiel)
- Collaborer avec des agences pour livrer des campagnes et activations percutantes
- Soutenir les initiatives marketing régionales avec un fort accent sur le marché québécois
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Ventes et Marketing client pour concrétiser les stratégies en marché
- Contribuer à la planification annuelle des marques en s'appuyant sur des insights consommateurs et marché
- Suivre la performance (prix, distribution, promotions) et fournir des recommandations claires et actionnables
- Gérer les budgets A&P avec rigueur et souci du rendement
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de marque dans le secteur des produits de consommation (CPG), idéalement en boissons alcoolisées
- Expérience démontrée dans le développement de marques au Québec, avec une solide compréhension du marché et des consommateurs
- Expérience en développement et exécution de campagnes marketing intégrées
- Excellentes capacités analytiques et de gestion de projets
- Aptitude à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et partenaires externes
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en influence
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) fortement souhaité
