- Répartition: 10 mois du calendrier scolaire (1er septembre au 30 juin)
- Taux horaire: 34.83$/heure, selon l’échelle de la convention collective

Sous la responsabilité de la direction d’école, l’assistant.e administratif.ve apporte un soutien administratif à l’équipe de direction d’école ainsi qu’au bon fonctionnement de l’école et assure la coordination du travail de l’équipe du secrétariat.
- Agir comme premier contact de l’école en répondant aux demandes internes et externes, selon les instructions et procédures en vigueur (ex : transport, organismes externes, familles) ;
- Organiser, planifier et coordonner le travail de l’équipe du secrétariat de manière à respecter les échéanciers des diverses tâches et activités de l’année scolaire ;
- Être en charge des dossiers scolaires des élèves (inscription, transfert, mise à jour) et de la collecte des présences des élèves et des suivis auprès des familles ;
- Assurer les premiers soins et leurs suivis et appliquer les procédures internes concernant les élèves ayant des conditions médicales graves et maintenir l’ordre dans l’infirmerie ;
- Faire la gestion comptable de l’école (ex : tenue des livres comptables, dépôts bancaires, suivi des budgets et signature de chèques en collaboration avec la direction, conciliation, petite caisse) ;
- Faire les entrées et les mises à jour dans les diverses bases de données (ex : Ministère, absences des élèves et du personnel, finances) ;
- Assurer la rédaction, l’envoi, le classement et la distribution des communications internes et externes (ex : courrier, bulletins, réseaux sociaux, sites internet, procédure).
Note:
Ce poste est affiché dans le cadre d'une absence temporaire de la rentrée scolaire 26-27 (8 septembre) au congé d'hiver 2026 (18 décembre). Une formation est offerte la semaine du 24 au 28 août et une session de préparation de la rentrée scolaire en collaboration avec l'équipe de direction et administrative est offerte du 31 août au 4 septembre. Les candidat·es intéressé·es sont requis de s'engager à se rendre disponible pour l'ensemble des événements.
Qualifications
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme collégial de deux (2) ans en administration ou une combinaison d’éducation et d’expérience équivalente ;
- Avoir deux (2) années d'expérience antérieure dans le domaine ;
- Capacité à travailler au quotidien en assurant la confidentialité ;
- Maîtriser les logiciels de bureautique et de bases de données ;
- Faire preuve d’entregent, de communication positive et de collaboration ;
- Excellente habileté à organiser son travail et à gérer ses priorités ;
- Avoir de l’ouverture à travailler près d’enfants d’âge scolaire ;
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
