Enhance advisor experiences at Manulife Wealth as a Salesforce Support & Enablement Consultant. Provide expert hybrid support for effective Financial Services Cloud adoption by financial advisors. This role requires you to manage relationships with Manulife Wealth advisors, delivering remote guidance and improving platform use. With 5+ years of experience on Salesforce and exceptional communication skills, you will address challenges and incorporate advisor feedback to evolve the service offering. Key Responsibilities:
- Support advisors with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Develop comprehensive training materials and resources
- Be the communication bridge to the Continuous Delivery Organization
- Translate advisor challenges into actionable requirements
- Recommend improvements based on usage patterns
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce platform experience
- 1+ year experience with Financial Services Cloud implementation
- Proven ability in client-facing support
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferred certifications in Salesforce will be advantageous
