Remote SMB Sales Leader & Team Coach

Toptal

Toptal is seeking an ambitious Manager, SMB Sales to lead a team of Client Advisors in a high-velocity, consultative selling environment. You will coach, hire, and develop the team, improving inbound conversion and ensuring strong client relationships from first contact to close.

You will work across Client Services, Talent Operations, Client Experience, and People leadership to drive best-in-class service in a fully remote setting.
