Elevate corporate knowledge management at PCL Constructors Inc. as a Knowledge Architect in Edmonton, Alberta. Shape effective knowledge sharing, enhance content, and engage stakeholders. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for knowledge sharing across the organization. Your expertise will ensure that corporate documents, including best practices and policies, are current and well-organized. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and corporate teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation in knowledge management. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for effective knowledge sharing initiatives
• Oversee creation and governance of corporate knowledge documents
• Coordinate regular content reviews with subject matter experts
• Maintain document taxonomy and metadata for better searchability
• Serve as a Share Point expert, optimizing user experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in knowledge or content management roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Share Point
• Strong technical writing and editing skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities Utilize your expertise in knowledge management to enhance operations and support PCL's commitment to best practices.
