Senior Manager for Knowledge Management Intake

Lead a high-performing team as the Senior Manager for Intake at Knowledge Management. Drive project delivery and enhance productivity through expert leadership and strategic planning. As the Senior Manager for Intake, you will oversee a team of Intake Consultants and Senior Delivery Analysts. This role focuses on fostering an agile culture that prioritizes performance. Additionally, you will implement process improvements while supporting technology migrations to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team KPIs and monitor performance metrics
• Drive timely delivery of documentation projects
• Implement improvements in Knowledge Central processes
• Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve escalations
• Enhance content governance and technology solutions Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years managing matrix teams
• Exceptional people management and leadership capabilities
• Solid negotiation and communication skills
• 5 or more years in project delivery within financial services
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies Excel in project management and team leadership to strengthen organizational knowledge management.
