Global Supply Operations Senior Manager

Lead supply chain strategy with Arc’teryx as a Senior Manager in Global Supply Operations. This hybrid role drives planning, execution, and transformation in a complex global supply network. Based in North Vancouver, you will spearhead a high-performing team dedicated to aligning global strategy with regional execution. Your expertise in supply chain operations transforms processes while implementing key performance indicators across various business functions. Engage with cross-functional leaders while owning the evolution of global supply operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of supply planners
• Drive transformation in global supply processes
• Manage global supply delivery and regional teams
• Act as liaison between global supply plan and regions
• Oversee monthly buy process and seasonal calendars Requirements:
• 8-10+ years in supply chain or production planning
• Proven experience in leadership and change management
• Strong knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Advanced data analysis skills including Excel and Power BI
• Certification in continuous improvement such as Six Sigma Inspire transformation in supply chain operations while enhancing your leadership capabilities at Arc’teryx.
