You'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to ensure alignment with broader AESO initiatives and provide analytical support for market development. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage external stakeholders to advance market design solutions
• Assess market design alternatives and their implications
• Conduct research on best practices in market design
• Communicate options through written materials and presentations
• Provide technical and analytical guidance for market development Requirements:
• 8+ years in electricity markets preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or Business
• Familiarity with electric utility industry standards
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Master’s degree is an asset Influence Alberta's energy future as a Senior Market Design Analyst with AESO.
