Senior UX Designer for SAP Applications

Drive user experience innovation as a Senior User Experience Designer on an ambitious ERP transformation project. Develop user-centered designs for both office employees and field technicians. This role involves leading the switch to SAP S/4HANA and employing the SAP Business Technology Platform. You will enhance usability across applications while focusing on user-centric methodologies and design standards to foster adoption. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate user research through workshops and field observations
- Design comprehensive user experiences for SAP technologies
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs
- Implement usability testing and refine designs accordingly
- Generate UX documentation for development handoff
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience or related discipline
- 5+ years of UX design in enterprise software
- Experience with ERP or digital transformation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of usability testing and accessibility
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable tools
