At OneVest, you'll help shape the top-notch Marketing team's strategies while architecting our demand generation engine and enhancing lead acquisition channels. Leverage your expertise, as you lead enterprise Account-Based Marketing initiatives aimed at high-value financial institutions. Collaborate across teams to optimize marketing attribution and establish a robust pipeline from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain the technical marketing stack
- Lead growth marketing strategies from concept to execution
- Execute enterprise Account-Based Marketing for target accounts
- Monitor funnel performance and marketing attribution
- Conduct A/B testing for creative and messaging optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years in growth marketing or demand generation
- Deep enterprise B2B buying cycle knowledge
- Mastery of CRM and marketing automation
- Experience in FinTech or SaaS environments
