Market Fundamentals Analyst at ARC Resources

Become part of ARC's Financial Risk Management team as a Market Fundamentals Analyst. This role focuses on market modeling, commodity price forecasting, and strategic recommendations for hedging. ARC Resources, one of Canada’s largest energy companies, is looking for a Market Fundamentals Analyst with at least three years in energy commodities. Ideal candidates will combine strong analytical skills with an understanding of crude oil, condensate, or NGL markets. You will work with multiple internal teams to inform risk management and commercial decisions while maintaining attention to detail in a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop models for energy supply and demand analysis
- Monitor and forecast inventory changes continuously
- Review third-party research for comprehensive insights
- Communicate market outlook across internal teams
- Assist in execution of the hedging program with competitive pricing
- Minimum 3 years of energy market experience
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
- Interest in commodity price dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Bloomberg or similar software
