Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning, you will lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, using your expertise to inform investment decisions and optimize financial outcomes. Your analytical prowess will influence strategic discussions and drive value creation throughout the company’s network. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles company-wide
- Drive long-term planning to achieve financial objectives
- Ensure value initiatives deliver expected returns
- Analyze investments and support strategic capital decisions
- Deliver actionable insights about performance and trends
- 8+ years in FP&A or strategic analytics
- Degree in finance or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- Strong financial modeling from scratch expertise
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills for senior leadership
