CLIENT Payroll Manager Role

CLIENT needs a Payroll Manager with 5-7 years of in-depth payroll experience to support execution and delivery of comprehensive payroll services. The role involves coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders to solve payroll issues and implement best practices. You'll influence business objectives and ensure compliance with pay legislation. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day payroll operations expert
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
- Produce reports and dashboards for payroll insights
- Manage payroll-related change initiatives
- Analyze data to improve service delivery
- 5-7 years of payroll experience required
- Deep knowledge of payroll operations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

- Familiarity with Workday preferred
