Type: C2C Contract
Location: Hybrid - North Downtown Toronto Area - 3 days onsite/2 days from home
Pay Rate: $60-$61/hr C2C

Position Overview
The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions to business. The manager aligns customer requirements with technical solutions, understands business needs, and assists the implementation team in planning the delivery of projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage client projects and deliveries, ensuring the solutions we deliver satisfy client needs.
- Identify the business needs for new and enhanced products, services, and business processes.
- With a technical business analysis mindset, provide consultancy and advice to business partners to address business problems and issues.
- Be the single point of contact on the delivery team and work with customers to build client relationships and trust.
- Understand technical solutions and translate them for clients and business partners.
- Lead regular cadence meetings internally and externally with project stakeholders.
- Lead and moderate workshops with customers and business partners to define requirements.
- Support implementation, testing, and billing of projects.
- Assist the implementation team in planning customer deployments.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop business process flows.
What Experience You Need
- 7+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
- Strong technical background.
- Project Management & Change Management skills to manage client solution deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to write simple user stories and user acceptance criteria.
- Ability to read and write business rules and logic (pseudo code).
- Experience with system integration projects.
- Experience conducting training, including preparing materials & demos.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
What Could Set You Apart
- Bilingual with English and French.
- Understanding of credit data, credit adjudication, and use of Equifax products to solve customer problems.
- Basic programming skills or Microsoft Excel macro.
