Become a Senior Fundraising Officer with MLSE Foundation, crucial for driving major gift fundraising and enhancing donor relations. Your role includes developing long-term donor relationships, coordinating with campaign cabinet members, and ensuring a seamless donor experience that contributes to achieving a $4.5 million annual fundraising target. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse $1 million major gift portfolio
- Create personalized cultivation and solicitation strategies
- Develop high-quality proposals and stewardship communication
- Collaborate across functions to maximize donor impact
- Implement efficient donor management practices in CRM
- 3–5 years in major gifts fundraising or donor relations
- Proven ability to draft compelling donor narratives
- Strong interpersonal skills with high-profile donors
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
