ROM Foundation Corporate Partnerships Manager

Shape the future of corporate engagement with the ROM Foundation as a Corporate Partnerships Manager in Toronto. Engage in strategic sponsorships and enhance brand visibility through cultural initiatives. This role is key in advancing the ROM Foundation’s mission, driving revenue through flourishing corporate partnerships. You will collaborate with leadership to develop high-impact sponsorship opportunities and manage relationships with corporate members. Your strategic insights will fuel the Foundation's fundraising success and donor engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new corporate partnerships for events
- Develop and present insightful sponsorship proposals
- Ensure effective contract negotiations for mutual benefits
- Assist in delivering sponsor benefits and event execution
- Oversee the Corporate Membership Program for growth
- 5–7 years in corporate partnership or sponsorship roles
- Proven ability in revenue generation and stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Passion for arts, culture, and community engagement
