Become a Senior Financial Analyst with Mastercard Foundation Asset Management in Toronto, focusing on accounting and financial operations. You will lead the monthly close process while providing essential insights for payroll, budgeting, and payment processes, collaborating closely with various teams in MFAM and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly reporting and journal entry reviews
- Consult on payroll and benefit analytics
- Manage and advise on the payments procedure
- Embed cost-conscious strategies into operational processes
- Support budget analysis and forecasting activities
- 4-6 years of relevant financial experience
- Preferred CPA designation or working towards it
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits systems
- Asset management experience valued
- Must thrive in a collaborative, evolving environment
