Project Administrator

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for this position.

Position Summary:

The Project Administrator performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Project Managers. Using advanced computer skills and strong organizational abilities, the Project Administrator assists in the effective day-to-day operations of the division in successful completion of projects. Assisting project team and PMT department with creating/maintaining organizational systems to track project costs, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collecting project member and department expense, communicating with relevant people or department

· First review and organize expense documents.

· Submit payment application to fund system.

· Amendment according to reviewing feedback.

· Track the status of payment application.

Qualifications:

· One to three (1-3) years’ experience in a financial/administrative role

· Post-Secondary education is required. Focus in Business Administration or related field is preferred

· Experience with accounting and ERP platforms is an asset.

· A Professional Project Management designation or demonstration of working towards same is an asset.

· Highly organized with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy and able to maintain the highest quality of written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and general computer skills

· Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.

· Ability to protect confidential and sensitive information.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player.
