Project Coordinator/Administrator

Job Responsibility:
First General is hiring a Project Coordinator/ Administrator.
Our Project Coordinators assist Project Managers with creating work orders, scheduling repairs, and providing customer service to home owners during their repairs.
Experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry is required along with extensive construction background.
Experience with Proven Job Management (PSA & PSA Web), Docusketch, Encircle, Xactimate and XactAnalysis is considered an asset.
We are looking for individuals that are highly organized, able to multitask in a fast paced environment, and have a willingness to adapt and change to the needs of clients and insurance companies.
This position will perform a wide range of responsibilities, and provide support in many areas that vary in nature and urgency.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting project managers on a day to day basis
- Reviewing files regularly to ensure all aspects are taken care of (A&A, updated scheduler, XA control points)
- Follow up with insured regarding authorization forms and deductible payments
- Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timelines are being met
- Follow up with insured to ensure repairs are going smoothly
- Communicate any concerns or delays to Project Manager
