Accounts Receivable Expert Westjet Calgary

Maximize your expertise at WestJet as an Accounts Receivable Expert, where you’ll work five days a week in a team-oriented setting. Optimize collections and account reconciliations to enhance financial operations. In this role, reporting to the Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving efficiencies across Accounts Receivable.
Regular analysis will help identify issues and implement solutions in cash flow and risk management, ensuring accuracy in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate invoice processing and cash receipts
- Implement process improvement initiatives for efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline Accounts Receivable processes
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and support system upgrades
- Deliver training related to month-end close and changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 7+ years in full cycle Accounts Receivable
- Level 1 PMP certification beneficial
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SK or JDE
- Proficient in data management tools like Power BI
